Two instances of 360 running

I see two instances of 360 (two icons) in my "Hidden icons" window on Win10. I assume 360 is initiated in my Startup routine.  Does this mean it's somehow initiated twice (and that 360 doesn't notice??) (I just renewed, if that's relevant.)

Thanks. Did a restart and now only one 360.   I'll check the link you provided to see whether I can expect this to happen again.

Try restarting your system a couple of times. Restart, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.
