The first question, is I have the following subscriptions, AntiTrack, Norton Secure VPN, Norton Utilities Ultimate, Privacy Monitor Assistant, Norton 360, Norton 360 Deluxe Plus, Norton Screen Care and Norton Utilities Premium. Do I need two Norton 360's and two Norton Utilities. Second question is after installing Norton Secure VPN about a week ago, my hard drive is always running, as long as the computer is on. Under Processes in the Task Manager, there is two Norton 360's Processes running, alternating between 3-10% on CPU and Low to High on power usage. Have attached some screen shots. It now takes Windows Explorer up to minute to open, if I right click the mouse button, it might take 30 seconds for the menu to show up. Or 1-5 minutes for a program to startup. Have Windows 10, 32 GB. Ram, 4GB. Video Ram. i7-4790K

Two Norton Security Processes is normal. One for System - One for User.
I imagine you have Edge -> Startup boost On. Maybe, try ....
I think you need just one Norton 360 subscription.
I would shut down Norton VPN and then Norton Utilities and see if that is what is affecting your CPU, disk, memory and other resources issue.
