Two questions

First, has anyone noticed a slowdown in their system after installing NIS 2012?   I used to have 2011, but purchased and installed 2012 when the 2011 subscription was about to expire.  However, I'm finding my connection much slower now.  Does 2012 have a lot of extra bloatware on it that slows down the system?  Should I have un-installed 2011 first - would this have made a difference?

Second question - How do I get Symantec to stop spamming me with emails telling me my 2011 subscription has expired???  Apparently, they don't know I purchased and installed the 2012 version, and so they keep spamming with emails everyday about the 2011 expiration. When I try to reply back, it gives an automated response and CLAIMS I can unregister to its emails - but provides no link to do so.  I've tried to phone customer service - but was on hold for an hour and nobody answered. I tried online support - and gave up after a 45 minute wait!   WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD.  Have to say - between the poor customer service and the slowdown from the 2012 version, I likely won't be buying Norton products again.
