Two websites still not rated by Norton Websafe

Hi

I have two websites - http://www.gsarenewables.co.uk/ and http://www.handledwithcare.co.uk/ that have been verified but not yet tested (still have the grey question mark). It is over 6 weeks since I submitted them for rating.

If someone could take a look it would be much appreciated.

That's strange. When I go to my Safe Web account and look under Site Dispute these two websites still have the Grey Question Mark against them rather than the Green Tick. This is where I was looking rather than in Google or visiting the websites themselves.

I get the same result as you with the grey question mark.

 

I guess Symantec hasn't scanned these sites yet. Also no threats have been reported either. There is no user feed back either.
