@Mark02 When using your wireless earbuds make sure that you DO NOT have any other devices in close proximity to where you are working. If your mobile device is near and NOT being utilized for purposes other than calls disable bluetooth on that device as it can cause pairing issues. Also check for drivers being updated on the OEM website for those earbuds.
