I've installed it and it works fine, but I suggest if you change any settings, filter lists, or restore from an exported file from another browser that you close Edge after, then restart it and enjoy!
Not another browser!!!! I find that I need 4 now. Chrome for Google enhanced web sites, FireFox for privacy (privacy not allows on many sites now), Opera to access my ISP myaccount at Shaw.ca - their rules, not mine), and now, I gather I'll need a new O/S and computer to support Microsoft enhanced Edge sites. Sheesh! The local library is looking easier and better every day. Much easier to open a book to get thew truth than trudge through browsers and web sites giving up privacy just to pay a bill, read some news, or send a email. The only thing browser can't do yet, is undress us - they can provide web sites with everything else though - and Norton and their ilk help provide the means to do so - even from their own site.
The Information Highway is now a dirt road that leads to Hades and eternal aggravation.
There aren’t a ton of extensions available for Windows 10's Edge browser yet as Microsoft's maintained tight control over the ecosystem, making it something of an event when a new big name add-on shows up. Over the weekend, New Zealand-based developer Nik Rolls announced his port of uBlock Origin (Preview) was now available as a preview in the Windows Store.
