Since I bought Norton Internet Security, my laptop is lagging bad and its UC is always at 100%`.... 98% of UC is because of NIS. My internet is a lot slower than usual and I cannot play any games or lunch any programs correctly.

CPU: AMD Athlon 2 Neo k125 -> 1.7GHZ Single Core
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4225
HDD: 250GB
RAM: 4GB
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
Norton Community Watch Enabled
NIS Version: Norton Internet Security 2010 version 18.5.0.125
