I have now been on the phone to norton customer service line UK for 1 HOUR 10 MINUTES .... I have tried to chat online to them too ... no success. Does anybody else have the same dreadful experience? I am not sure what else I need to do in order to contact them. Thye are quick to sell their software but their support really is very very worrying ... The Deluxe solution they sold is not working, it is slowing down my mac and freezing it .. what am I to do?

FWIW ~ I was having impossible time reaching Chat Support US.
Early this morning I was able to reach Chat Support US. My support agent told me they recently changed platform and had some issues. Yesterday, I read users complain hard to reach Support UK. Users may experience high queue times during peak hours.
