I am unable to access any programs - but am now running a full scan. Norton is showing "UltraDefragger Terminate Process Required Count 18 Filename hpoqblgcunj.exe" AND "Trojan.Gen.2 Action Quaranteed Count 2 APQ1AF8.tmp
Screen shows many "Failed to save all componants for the file "\\System32\\......."This file is corrupted"
Screen also shows message box "File indexation process failed" (Malware PC Fixit message??)
Help, please
