I used norton's pccheckup utility and then un-installed it via add/remove programs in win7 ult. I am told by "spywarehammer's" assistant that it is not completly un-installed and am at a loss on what I need to do to get rid of the items the un-install process left behind on my system. Please let me know what I need to do to get this done. I no longer have a restore point as I have had to turn it off for removal of malware and now I can not roll back to a time prior to trying / using this free online utility / feature that was suggested to me by an IT friend.
Please let me know how I should proceed from here.
