I was running Norton Internet Security with Lifelock. After upgrading to Norton 360 with Lifelock select, I can no longer access Lifelock. It shows "Enroll Now" on my dashboard, then when I click it, I get "Status Code: 200.40010". When I try to access it through my Norton I get an error code of 19000. I contacted support. They elevated it to the "back end" whatever that means First they uninstalled and reinstalled lifelock on my dashboard (that was a month ago), then a couple days ago they sent me the password reset link. NO CHANGE! I can't believe I am the only one with this problem! SInce then, its been over an hour wait to connect to suppoert, which I have not had time to do. I would be fine just creating a new Lfellock account, but Im not sure what to do. HELP!
