I have Norton Internet Security 2010; I failed to find this product listed (I am a new member).
I have 63 days left on my current membership. Today I requested an 'update' foe this product. Instead, I was 'upgraded' to 2011. When I attempted to access my account, it gailed to accept my previously used password. I have not found a way to fix this problem on this forum. I had to create a new account to access this blog. I installed the 2010 software on my netbook computer today ( the 2nd unit). Perhaps this somehow caused the problem. Please advise.
