After being interrupted by the Holy SEE of Norton while entering my new note information, i find that nothing works ... next i login to online account to locate a way to change my passcode ... not happening, then i change passcode for online login. it works, but guess what? ah, you guessed ... it doesn't work to give me access on my phone. So, i click on forgot passcode, and of course, just to make certain, i click repeatedly through each version of this on the NEW privacy policy ... but oh, well, NOTHING IS WORKING. So the chat guy, apologizing in English repeatedly, promises and ASSURES me that the hi tech support team at Norton will respond IMMEDIATELY, if i will only go to the public forum and place my issue. I won't even comment on this.
