Unable to Access or Review Profile in Dark Web

I keep getting emails from Norton saying "We dive into the Dark Web so you don’t have to"

The more we know the more information we can search for:

It then provides a link to Review my profile

 

Click REVIEW MY PROFILE and sign into your account

 

Select Manage Account then scroll to Financial Accounts

 

Go to Dark Web monitoring

 

Add up to 5 bank account numbers and 5 credit card numbers to be monitored

 

However when I click on the link I just get "Error 20008" and there is no sign of Dark Web Monitoring anywhere on my Norton Account.

I have been on online chat and then on the phone 40 minutes but no one has helped solve this.

So how do I get to Dark Web Monitoring and the option to review my profile ????   and why keep sending emails with links that don't work ???
