Just downloaded Norton 360 Deluxe after purchasing from Amazon UK yesterday, instsalled on both mobile and laptop. Today, I am unable to send and receive messages on my mobile with whatsapp and myh AOL 2 factor log on is blocked. It is all around the VPN and when engaged, unable to access above. What it is not, I can.

What is the point of having the program if you are unable to use half of the programs on your phone/laptop. Anyone know what I need to do to correct this?

A VPN does not block or filter any web content. It is the website you are trying to access that is probably blocking access from known VPN IP addresses. This is done for security, copywrite, legal or political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to bypass the site’s protection for its content.

Here is a How to Geek article on this. Why Do Some Websites Block VPNs?

You could try the VPN’s Split Tunnel feature that will allow apps to bypass the VPN
