Unable to Activate Norton 360 / Can not connect to Symantec Server

So i have Norton 360 3.0 and I have installed it and everything I need to but when I got to activate it, it keeps saying it cannot connect to the site to activate and when I go to the site its self, it's either a broken link, or my browser says that the url does not exist. Along with this, I can't update my Norton at all and for all I know the problem with me not being to activate is something that an update will be able to solve. Please help me in whatever way possible.
