We have recently taken out a new subscription for Norton™ 360 Premium with Norton™ Utilities Ultimate. The security functions are working fine on my computer which is running Windows 11 but Norton Utilities is not. I have downloaded the latest software and upgraded the Utilities tool but when opened it only analyses the computer, all other functions do not work and in the top right hand corner of the window it says services expired in March 22 despite the information in our account stating that it is active? Product version in top left hand corner is 21.4.6.565.
