Unable to activate : "Sign In" or "Enter a Key" button does not work on Norton 360 app on windows 11

Hi , Thanks for the reply.
New laptop LG Gram Windows 11. Not sure what S mode is .
Yes subscription is active ( please see new screenshot) with 5 licences.
No fresh install of Norton 360 on this laptop, and I went into my account → my subscriptions–> install on this device → download and installed.

All windows updates are upto date.

Did you use the download button shown in your image? That should have had you choose to install on this device. That should install a pre activated copy of your 360. If you did not do it this way, try it now.

My Norton product said my subscription had expired (it didn’t actually expire for another 6 months). we were leaving on a trip so I was in a hurry and let Norton Help do a fix remotely. NEVER AGAIN. They changed my entire interface, even though I was part way through an existing subscription. It was extremely hard to work with and as a added feature they erased all my scan history and existing settings for my product. >

Um, is this a recent event. Maybe, you were Norton v22 and Norton support installed current v24/v25.
