I have norton 360. Most recent version.
I'm trying to add a folder to the exclusions/exceptions setting.
Im doing the following:
Settings > Antivirus >Risks and scans >Scrolling to Exclusions and Low Risks *Now here's where the problem is, I try and click the configure tab and nothing happens, nothing opens. The configure button works for every other section on Norton except for the Exclusions and Low Risks sections.
Can someone please help.
I have this same product key on a different computer with the same version of widows and it works, just not on this computer.
