I am on the upgraded Norton 360 (where the scheduled local back up is gone) Trying to move forward with Norton, been a user since 2009. I am unable to back up to the Cloud and see it is full. I have contacted support, with original call on Jan. 23rd. Now when I open a case, I am told to wait for a Senior Tech to contact me. Anyone out there have any luck getting Cloud based back ups?
Finally got a local back up with a new external HD. Took a very long time. Syncing takes a very, very long time. Lost faith in Norton.
