Hi all, i am trying to backup my files but get a message that my storage is full. My cloud backup allowance is 75GB and my data set is only 62GB, this only started happening when i renewed my Norton up until then it was fine. i don't know what i am doing wrong or if i am missing something obvious as to why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
