Unable to backup online

Since oct. 20, my Norton 360 has failed to back up to online storage. I have upgraded to the latest version as instructed by the prompt. Live updated several times as prompted. Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version. Still unable to access online storage. I am asked to activate my online storage. I am then switched to a fix which then says no autofix available. the error number that appears is 805,129. Also when my Norton was uninstalled no settings were saved and I lost my identity safe logins, are they retrievable?
