Unable to boot using SRD in VMware Virtual Machine

Hello,

I'm trying to boot a virtual machine (VMware) with Symantec Recovery Disk for Ghost 15.0. The disk boots fine on any physical machine but when I try to use a virtual machine (either mounting ISO file or mounting physiclal CD drive), it boots and loads to the first ghost GUI screen and displays this error:

"The selected language is not fully supported and will be displayed in Symantec applications only. All other applications will be displayed in the previously -selected fully-supported language."

I click "OK" then I get

"MS Visual C++ Runtime LIbrary" error that says

"Run Time Error!, Program X:\windows\shell\srshell.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information"

I click "OK"  then I get

"SreShell.exe - application error" error that say

"The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occured in the application at location 0x004fbc2a. Click on OK to terminate the program"

I click "OK" then it proceeds to shutdown the virtual machine and reboot.

What's the issue?

Thanks,

Shelley
