Unable to choose drive destination for back up

After a recent update Norton 360 will not allow me to choose a drive destination and will only allow back up to go to "C" drive. I hav3eplenty of space available for the online back up.  If I activate the additional storage capacity, it will still not allow me to choose online destination.

My wife's computer will allow me to choose the destination.

Problem solved... I did a uninstall and re-install. I could find the online drive after a re-activation... guess what? This has not been backing up the system! Glad I found it as this computer is getting pretty old and tired!
