I purchased an antivirus from Norton 12/18/22. I received poor help from Company. I went with another company in less than 12 hours and requested a refund from Norton. I needed assistance from a live person but unable to get it. To Customer Service I left a message and sent a message on Contact Us for a Refund. I have not received an email or phone call. I am pleased with this other company and received excellent, personal service.
