Unable to Complete Backup

I first purchased Online Backup yesterday and installed it.  It took hours before I go my first failure code A2277. So far it bad backed up 9gb.  I thought I did not have enough memory for the 19gb backup.  I purchased additional memory so now at the top of my status it should 9gb of 50gb. 

 

I tried again to backup and got an A2203 failure code.

 

Then I tried again, and got a W32 code.

 

Finally, I got another A2277 failure code.  I noticed this time it only got to under 10% when I got this code.

 

I have searched the community and standard help information without finding a solution for may problem.

 

Any help would be most appreciated.

After another try I got to about 96% and 18+ Gb with a W64 errpr

Error A2277 indicates that the product is unable to read your file. Please read the thread below from a Symantec employee for further information.
