Unable to confirm 1 year ago purchase

Few days ago I renewed my old Norton Internet Security with the new Norton 360 multi-device. For some reason, in the "Services" section of my account I still have a pending confirmation for the older product that I bought more than 1 year ago. When I try to confirm that order (I still have the confirmation email with serial number and product key), I receive and error message (I've tried many times but always without any success). Other than this, what is really strange is the fact that (looking at the attached screenshot) it seems that the confirmation is requested for the Norton 360 multi-device, while in reality the product name listed below is Norton Internet Security (in fact the order date is one year ago). Can anybody help me ? This is blocking to me, because I cannot for example download and install Norton for my mobile device.
