Unable to connect to Norton server for the past 2 days

For the past 2 days...I have been unable to connect to the Norton server upon log in...can't get to the vault; or anything else. I have logged out/in...I have rebooted. So...is there an issue on Norton's side? I live in East TN if that matters. 

Please advise.
