I have been using Norton Ghost for about a year. About 1 to 2 months ago, I started getting this error message when I try to run Norton Ghost. There is initially a Service Error

szModName : VProImaging.dll szModVer : 12.0.5.29804 offset : 005ddec5
And then it asks me to send it to Microsoft. Then when norton ghost shows it says unable to connect with Norton Ghost backup service.
I saw a different post that said there is an incompatibility issue with another program, but to my knowedge I do not have it.
SPent abou 2 hrs with an online chat support an they could not figure it out.
Help.
