Unable to create Notes in Norton 360 Deluxe Password Manager

Issue abstract:
I am unable to add notes to any of my logins. I am using Microsoft Edge as my browser (Version 132.0.2957.127 (Official build) (64-bit)). I’m using the latest version of Norton Password Manager

What is the error message you are seeing?

  • There is no error message.
  • When I click ‘Save’, the save button greys out. No confirmation of a note being added is given. No note is saved.
