I have always backed up my data on external drives.
Previously, my Norton’s backup was always set to ‘off’ with nothing on it at all.
As soon as I got the new Norton 360 package, it backed up everything to the cloud and dumped two large files onto my C-Drive.
I used the ‘delete’ and ‘exclude’ buttons and was able to empty the cloud to zero, but I am unable to remove these two files on my C-Drive - One is 1GB and the other is 105GB of wasted space.
I tried an unlocker, but it didnt work.
I tried talking to someone on live chat, but they said I have to delete my Norton and install it again, leaving my compter unprotected. I would also have to reinstall any add-ons which is infuriating. I always keep my computer clean and tidy.
Any ideas on how to remove these static files on my C-Drive would be very welcome. It’s like having a blackhead that won’t go away.
