I am unable to delete any Norton tagged anti-spam files from my wife's MS Office Home & Business - Outlook Junk Folder. Consistently receive and "Operations failed. Messaging Interfaces have returned an unknown error. Restart outlook. I have attempted to replay other threads to resolve this issue (e.g.,run outlook in safe mode and clear, turn-off and restart Norton Anti-Virus) but nothing seems to work.
