Hello Marco. Have a look at the licenses that have been used vice looking at devices. I have the same issue as well on my account. Find the license "name" that matches the one in your screenshot and delete it. That should take care of the license issue. As far as being able to remove the "device" in devices, that is a backside issue Norton has to address at some point. It has been reported more than once I might add.
