I had upgraded my Norton 360 to Premier Editon a short time ago and it is good for a year (311 days at this writing) I got a e-mail notice that my older Norton was due to autorenew so I visited my Account Page and went to the Autorenew page where I deselect the check box to autorenew the older Norton. However when I click the Update button I get a message in the lower left hand corner of the browser window that says, " Error on page" How can I stop the autorenew since the Update isn't working?
