Unable to do a scan or access to configuration

Hello!

I'm using Norton Internet Security in my Windows 8, an I'm unable to do any kind of scan.

I can't do a quick scan, and neither a complete system scan... Even if I try to scan a file (with right click), I can't do it.

 

I also can't access de configuration of Norton.

I've tried reinstalling it with the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool but it's actually happening the same...

 

What can I do?
