Hi there - hope someone can help...
i have installed 2010 noton internet security on my laptop, when it was about to expire i purchased new 2011 norton internet security plus norton utilities.
when i received the confirmation email with both item details, there was a download button next to them. the utilites dowloaded straight away with no issues but the 2011 internet security would not download (no error messages, just nothing happened)
i thought it was because there was still a few days on the 2010 subscription so when that expired (tonight) i tried to instal the 2011 subscription again but nothing happened again.
i tried all the help, trouble shooting, bootable recovery tool etc and there is no 'pop up' blocking the installation either. i have restarted my laptop too with no change.
do i have to un-install the 2010 norton off my laptop before 2011 will work?
please help...
