Hi
I have had a few errors where I was unable to download any updates and the 'fix it' button popped up. I pressed this and was unable to fix the problem and therefore un-installed my software.
I have since tried to down load my program and have tried to do this via the website using the automatic download devices. This was not successful, so I have tried to save the manual program. This is saved on my computer and I have pressed run, but I cannot find Norton on my computer anywhere and therefore had been able to reinstall my program.
Can you please advise as to how I should try to reinstall the software.
