I had an issue where my definitions would not update. I called customer support and they were to no help. And today my little nephew was on the computer and accidently downloaded a Trogan virus (Win.InducA). From my knowledge the norton anti-virus definition update included a solution to this virus in the update, unfortunatley I cannot download it, thus I can't remove the virus.
