Hi all, A couple of issues here - I will go chronologically. Just got an iPhone for my child, and seeing there was a family protection part of my Norton subscription I decided to use it. I downloaded the family app on my phone, and my child’s phone. A six digit code was required to link the two phones. This was tried several times and the codes were rejected each time. I tried to contact Norton about this, but all I received was a non-replyable email with a ten digit code on it. Sigh. Then I tried to uninstall the apps on both phones and attempt to reinstall them. I removed my child from the family monitoring on my windows pc, then deleted my Norton app on my iPhone, but the app is not removable from my child’s iPhone, I can remove it from the Home Screen, but the app has no option to uninstall. Any help on these problems would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
