Unable to "fix" Tracking Cookies

I'm running Norton 360 (3.5.2.11) on a dual-boot Windows 7/Windows XP system.  I mostly run Windows 7, and have no problems with Norton 360.  But when I boot into Windows XP (running on a completely separate disk), Norton 360 detects threats, and asks me to "fix" them.  When I try (by clicking OK next to the action "Fix"), nothing happens.  The tracking cookies are still there.

Is there a fix for this?  I'm willing to uninstall/reinstall, but thought I'd ask for suggestions first.  If I do uninstall, are there any "tricks", or can I simply go to Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs?

Bob
