I made a data request weeks ago and am unable to get anywhere with Norton’s customer service teams. I am constantly being assured someone will contact me within a set number of hours and no one does.
I have resorted to asking for a copy of their complaints procedure but no one is able to provide this for me and I can’t find it anywhere online.
I’m at an absolute loss as to how to move this forward. Can anyone help??
I can add lots of screenshots with promised contacts if needs be.

Here is a bit more information that may be of assistance. It appears Norton makes it very hard to get a direct conversation going with someone who can actually get that done.

Thanks for checking in. Slow progress- apparently someone will eventually send me the requested information…it’s two months since I requested it.l so not holding my breath.
No one will send me a copy of a complaints process as ‘this is for internal use only’.
I’m shocked by the appalling customer service received so not expecting anything anytime soon!
