Unable to get escalated support callback

I have a problem: “norton behavioral protection not fixed” and have talked to support 5 or 6 times - Case Number:88306904. Problem was esacalated but that requires that support calls you. I have provided 3 working phone numbers that receive calls all the time but have received 7 emails from support stating they could not reach me and then they closed the ticket. Worst support I have ever dealt with.

I have provided 2 working phone numbers that receive calls all the time but have received several emails from support stating they could not reach me when they have called me on these numbers several times in the past when I had a problem. This NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY! We are paying for your support, but then can’t get what we pay for and this is unacceptable. How can this be resolved or do we need to find another company to go with?

Thank you but I am not waiting anylonger. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I am sure they will let people know about this problem.
