Unable to get Norton 360 up to date status

I am having the same problems.

 

Unable to get Norton 360 to up-to-date status (green instead of red). Is there something wrong with the symantec server, as I get the messages about withdrawn certificates. According to Norton I am without an update since 15 hours ago, but when running Live update I get the message my updates are up to date. Still the program itself stays red.

 

Doing the Diagnostic report: it tells me my system time is wrong, I checked but it is alright. Anyone else having this problem? If I try to solve it by Norton it tells me it can't connect to the server and have to click 4times on yes to continue because there is no information on withdrawn certificates.

 

Until yesterday there was no problem.

 

What can I do about it?

My subscription is still valid for 711 days.

can you please give us some extra info:

- What is your 360's full version number? (Main window -> Help & Support -> About menu, in this format: 4.2.0.12)

- Which Windows and Service Pack (if any) do you use?

- What type of internet connection do you have (DSL, Modem, etc.)?

- Which AV product did you have before Norton 360?

- If you had a previous Norton product before this 360, which was it and how did you removed it?

- When did you installed current 360 version?
