Unable to get site verified by Norton because it's on GoDaddy

My site on Godaddy can’t get verified safe by Norton.  It is because NOONE has access to the root of my website and Godaddy doesn’t either.  I have posted my auth code in the custom meta tag box of my home page, but I need someone at Norton to manually? check my site for safety so I too can have that little green checkmark.  The site is   www.miheaterzon.com   It is for Poker Players ONLY, won’t make much sense to anyone else.   Can you help??  Thanks Acesfull

You don’t have ftp access to the domain root of your own site? Even GoDaddy should allow that if it is your site. How do you upload files to the site?

I can view your Norton Safe Web authentication code in the meta tag.

 

Although this method will not allow for the automated verification process, the Safe Web team should be able to manually verify your site ownership. I shall mark your post to their attention.

 

Please allow a day or two for a response from them in this thread.
