I am trying to repair my corrupted Xfinity / Norton installation.
I am running into the same problem I always have with the Norton FTP site: It just spins around and never connects so I can't get the removal/ reinstall tool.
Can someone please zip the file and post it or give me an http page where I can get it? I had this same trouble getting the patch for the remediation remover. It's as if my IP is blocked and if it is I have no idea why it would be. This is now my second day trying to get one file. :( I have tried 2 computers and 3 OS's to no avail. I just can't get the darn thing to connect.
