I have been unable to connect to manage.norton.com to install the upgrade from 360 to 360 multi device I recently purchased.
I have tried clearing the cache, used Firefox, Chrome and IE, and rebooting. The site does not return a ping (DNS failure).
I cannot get a phone # to call as this also apparently uses the site get the local phone #s, as does chat.
Is this a common site failure or my problem?
Suggestions?
