Unable to get to manage.norton.com, can't get phone # list or chat help

Somewhat similar. I want to cancel/refund, before expiration of previous payment.. Norton says I must have contact with an agent, to cancel; seems fair, IF I had any way to contact them. Norton no longer allows phone calls from phones that do not support texting, and I do NOT have a cellphone (for years). I assume Norton would REJECT a phone call from anybody else’s cellphone. Norton will NOT chat (due to a “breach”?); I apparently have NO way to contact them. Seems, currently, I may need to spend $$$ for a lawyer, to get anything back. Anybody else having similar problem?
