Issue abstract: Unable to install norton 360 deluxe on my windows 10 laptop

Hello
I need help in installation of norton 360 deluxe on my windows 10 laptop.
I had Norton 360 (in 2023-2024) but then missed to renew my subscription.
Today I reactivated my subscription, however I am unable to install because of the error during uninstallation of Norton 360 (22.24.5.6).
The error message is “Uninstall conflicting apps to continue”. It does give Uninstall button next to Norton 360 (22.24.5.6), but it doesn’t proceed with uninstallation.
On that screen it takes me to windows apps & features page where even if I select norton and selct uninstall, it says “Windows can not find C:.…\InstStub.exe”
I already tried norton remove tool, norton power eraser, safe mode, registry edit, reboot. Even after trying all, I am facing the same issue.
Please help asap.

For the remove tool, try the older tool found here.. www.norton.com/nrnr .. Use the Advanced Remove only option and then restart your computer before trying to reinstall.

The Norton Remover tool was designed for the newer ver 24 and newer 360. Apparently it cannot handle the older ver 22 products.
