Unable to Install Norton 360 Mobile on Galaxy S24 Ultra

Note: Please do not post Personally Identifiable Information like email address, personal phone number, physical home address, product key etc.

Issue abstract:I am having same problem of installing Norton 360 Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy S24. This has been happening and I have reached out to Norton support 3 times in the last 10 days. Each time it was escalated to Level 2 or 3 support and I have received emails with suggestions but nothing changes. I still cant get the app installed. Norton support tried to call me but the phone call was blocked by my Xfinity Medium spam filter which I have subsequently removed. I called back but Norton Level 1 support could not connect me to Level 2 or 3 support saying they would call me back but no calls have been received to date. I would upload the screenshot errors but I get the “New Users cannot upload attachments”
This is all very frustrating!!!

Detailed Uninstalled Norton 360 Mobile and downloaded updated version from Google Play. When I try to login or activate subscription I get We are Unable to Connect to the Server Please Try Again but the same screen with giberish appears. Same screen appears using both Wifi and Data. No VPN is used. Switched from Samsung Internet to Chrome but same screens appear.

Product & version number: Latest version of Norton 360 Mobile on Google Play

OS details: Android Version 15, Knox Version 3.11

Norton support sent me the following “canned” solution but I have tried these solution multiple tomes without success.
