Unable to install Norton Family, impossible to register new device

Hi

I try to install Norton Family but impossible to register new device on Windows 7 . (I have Norton Security Premium)

Error message is (I translate because its in French language) "Norton Family server is unavailable, please try later"

From this morning.

Is there Norton server  problems or its on my computer ?
